Terms & rules
In force since August 2025
English translation for convenience — the Polish version is binding.
1. How lessons are organised
- Lessons follow a schedule agreed individually (individual lessons) or set by the organiser (group classes).
- If a student arrives late, the lesson is not extended.
- Lessons take place at the location indicated by the organiser.
2. Fees
- Fees for the chosen package are paid in advance by the 5th day of each month to the bank account indicated by the organiser.
- If the fee is not paid by the 5th of the month, the organiser may suspend further lessons until the payment is received or a transfer confirmation is provided.
- Single (one-off) lessons apply to individual lessons only: one 45-minute lesson costs 100 zł; they take place only at the start or end of the instructor’s working hours, subject to availability; a booking is confirmed by payment at least 24 hours before the lesson (received or with transfer confirmation); without payment the lesson is cancelled automatically, without notice to the student.
- For individual lessons, the package fee is pro-rated to the number of lessons in the month.
- Group classes have a fixed monthly fee, regardless of the number of sessions and the student’s attendance.
3. Cancelling your enrolment
- Students may withdraw from lessons (group or individual) only with one week’s notice before the start of a new month.
- Withdrawal must be in writing — by email only, to [email protected]. Notice given in person, by phone or by text message is not accepted.
- Without formal notice, the fee for the following month is charged.
4. Group classes — rules and fees
- Classes run in fixed groups, on a schedule set by the organiser.
- The fee is a fixed monthly fee and applies regardless of attendance and the number of sessions in the month.
- If classes are cancelled through the fault of the organiser or instructor and do not take place at all, that month’s fee is reduced accordingly. No replacement classes are provided.
- It is not possible to attend single group sessions.
5. Individual lessons — make-up lessons
- A student may make up at most 1 missed lesson per month, provided the absence is reported at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
- Later notice, or no notice, means the lesson counts as delivered and cannot be made up.
- Make-up lessons depend on the instructor’s availability and must be arranged directly with the instructor in advance.
6. Safety and responsibility
- The organiser ensures students’ safety during lessons but is not responsible for items left in the room.
- Parents and guardians must bring and collect children on time.
7. Personal data and image
- Students’ personal data is processed only to organise and deliver lessons, in line with the GDPR.
- Submitting the enrolment form means consent to data processing and to being contacted by phone and email about the lessons.
- Consent to publishing a child’s image (e.g. photos from concerts or lessons) is voluntary, given in the form, and is not a condition of taking part.
